My dear dad Harry fell asleep 16th July 1990, aged 68.
He had one sister Edie (deceased) and one brother John.
My dad was a very, very special person. He wasnt just my dad he was my very best friend too. My life has never been the same since he died.
Joined by my Mam in march 2003 - united in love.
It’s amazing what can truly happen,
How your life can be so grand;
When you give up trying on your own
And let an angel hold your hand.

All the loneliness inside of you
Will completely disappear;
When you realize you’re not alone,
That your angel is very near.

Your life will become more meaningful,
As well as totally rearrange;
You’ll be amazed at all that you can do,
At the blessings of the change.

There is nothing you can’t face;
With your angel there to lead you
Your entire life will fall in place.

Just give up trying on your own,
And allow your angel to lead;
All of Heaven’s blessings will come to you,
Nothing else you’ll ever need.

How simple or complex the task;
Your angel will be there to show the way,
All you have to do is ask.

Don’t ever let yourself feel discouraged,
Feel this thought within your soul;
All the things you’ve ever dreamed of

Hello Dad, sorry it's been a while. I just struggle sometimes when I come on.
I cant begin to tell you how much life has changed. There is no purpose for getting up in the morning anymore.
I just wish we could all be together again.

A butterfly came floating by and I thought I knew its face
It landed on my shoulder and spread its wings of lace
I looked and saw it smiling as it winked and flew away

When I was a baby

I felt the love and tenderness
Keeping me safe from harm.

How did I get so lucky
You were the dad chosen for me.
There is something special
About a Father's love
Seems it was sent to me
From someplace up above.
Our love is everlasting
I just wanted you to know
That you are my special hero

In life I loved you dearly, in death I love you still.
In my heart you hold a place, no one could ever fill
It broke my heart to lose you, but you did not go alone
For part of me went with you the day god took you home.
